摘要
目的:比较正常妊娠模型大鼠,自然流产模型大鼠,肝素干预模型大鼠胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶表达特征的差异,探讨其与自然流产的关系。方法:建立正常妊娠大鼠模型,自然流产模型大鼠和肝素干预大鼠模型,采用免疫组化SABC法测定三组模型孕14d胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶的表达。结果:与正常妊娠模型组和肝素干预模型组相比,自然流产模型组大鼠胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶的表达显著升高,P<0.01。结论:胎盘组织中乙酰肝素酶的表达与自然流产的发生发展有关,肝素可对自然流产起到一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective: To probe into the correlation of the expression of Heparanase with spontaneous abortion through comparing the expression characters of Heparanase on Placenta tissue in normal pregnancy mouse models,spontaneous abortion mouse models and in Heparin intervention mouse models.Methods: The normal pregnancy mouse models,the spontaneous abortion mouse models and the Heparin intervention mouse models were establishod.Immunohistochemistry method was adopted to detect the expression of Heparanase of Placenta tissue at the clay 14 of gestation. Results: Compared with the expression of Heparanaseof Placenta tissue of three models,spontaneous abortion mouse models were significantly increased than the other models(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Heparanase of Placenta tissue are associated with spontaneous abortion.The increased expression of Heparanase of Placenta tissue might be one of causes of spontaneous abortion, Heparin may have therapeutic effects to the spontaneous abortion.
