痔上动脉缝扎术预防外剥内扎术后出血临床观察

Clinical research of hemorrhoidal artery ligation to prevent postoperative bleeding outside the Milligan-Morgan

目的:寻找一种简单有效的方法预防外剥内扎术后内痔脱落期出血。方法:随机选择260例患者在传统外剥内扎术的基础上加痔上动脉缝扎术。对照组258例采用传统外剥内扎术。结果:治疗组未发生一例内痔脱落期大出血;而对照组共发生3例内痔脱落期大出血,两者均无严重并发症的发生。结论:痔上动脉缝扎术能有效防止外剥内扎术内痔脱落期大出血。操作方法简单易行,尤其适合基层医院适用。

Objective： To Search for a simple and effective way to prevent postoperative outside the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoid bleeding off period.Methods： Randomly selected 260 patients outside the traditional Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoid surgery based on the Canadian artery ligation.Control group, 258 fell outside the traditional Milligan-Morgan operation. Results： The treatment group did not occur bleeding hemorrhoid off period; while the control group occurred 3 cases of bleeding hemorrhoid off period.There were no reoccurrence complications. Conclusion： Hemorrhoidal artery ligation can effectively prevent outer Milligan-Morgan surgery bleeding hemorrhoids off period,and it is a particularly suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
