自拟中药方结合西药治疗消化性溃疡80例临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将80例消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组应用抑制胃酸的分泌、保护胃黏膜及根治幽门螺杆菌药物;治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药方剂。结果:治疗组的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的82.5%;两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药与西药联合应用治疗消化性溃疡效果显著,临床可应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Western medicine combined treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods： 80 eases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group： Inhibiting gastric acid secretion and protect the gastric mucosa and eradicate Helicobacter pylori drugs; treatment group： In the control group, plus service on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Results： The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly higher than 82..5%; significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer marked effect can be clinical application.
