不同止血药物与妇科手术后深静脉血栓形成关系研究

The relationship between different Hemostatic Drugs and the Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis after Gynecologic Surgery

目的:了解不同止血药物对妇科手术后深静脉血栓形成(LEDVT)的影响。方法:对1105例因妇科良性疾病行经腹盆腔手术的患者进行回顾性研究,所有研究对象按术中止血药物使用情况分为三组:立止血组,止血合剂组,未用止血药组,研究术中、术后止血药物应用对下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。结果:术后应用氨甲环酸患者血栓发生率明显高于应用止血合剂患者,但明显低于应用白眉蛇毒凝血酶患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术中用止血合剂患者血栓发生率高于未用止血药组,但低于用立止血组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:术中应用了止血药物的患者较未用止血药物的患者LEVDT发生率增加,并且LEVDT的发生与术中、术后应用止血药物的种类有关。

Objective：Find the effects of different hemostatic drugs on the Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis （LEDVT） after gynecologic surgery. Methods：On the retrospective study of 1 105 patients who had got abdominal pelvic surgery due to benign gynecologic disease. All subjects were divided into three groups by hemostatic using in the surgery： group of using reptilase,group of using Hemostatic agent,group of not using Hemostatic drugs. To study the effects of hemostatic on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Results：The incidence of thrombosis of patients who used Tranexamic Acid after surgery was obviously higher than those who used Hemostatic agent after surgery, and was obviously lower than those who used Hemocoagulase after surgery. The different has statistical significance （P〈0.01）. The incidence of thrombosis of patients who was using. Hemostatic agent in surgery was higher than those who were not using hemostatic in surgery.but was lower than those who was using reptilase in surgery. The different had statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion ：The incidence of LEVDT of patient who was using Hemostatic drugs is high than whose who was not using , and the occurrence of LEVDT is related to the using of different kind of Hemostatic drugs in and after the surgery.
