院门诊抗菌药物应用调查研究

The investigation and analysis of the use of antibiotics in hospital outpatient

目的:探讨本院门诊抗菌药物应用的情况,并进行统计分析。方法:从本院2008年四个季度各门诊用药处方中各抽取500份,对其抗菌药物的使用情况进行比较分析,总结出门诊抗菌药物的应用情况。结果:经统计分析,各季度各种抗菌药物的种类、使用规律及不合理用药情况比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:随着对抗菌药物的使用的规范,抗菌药物的使用越来越趋于合理,越来越规范,各种药物都能得到最好的应用。

Objective：To study the the use of antibiotics in hospital outpatient,and the results were statistically analyzed. Methods：500 prescriptions were chosed in four quarters of 2008.The results were statistically analyzed.Then the application was studied.Results：The species,laws of use and unreasonably using of antibiotics were compared,P〈0.05,and the results showed the significant difference.Conclusion：The using of antibiotics is more and more rational,and more and more normafive.Then the kinds of antibiotics will be used well.
