试图通过对目前国内外城市设计中设计引导职能的总结,正确认识在管控阶段城市设计的设计引导职能如何体现和操作,并结合国外的案例,总结国外的非强制性设计引导手法对我国设计引导职能的可借鉴之处。

In order to generalize the design guidance function of present urban design at home and abroad,the design guidance function of urban design how to express and operate in management and control stage was known accurately,combined with foreign examples,the reference of foreign non-compulsory design guidance method to Chinese design guidance function was generalized.
