摘要
从路权不公现象出发,通过对历史维度下城市空间分异中资本和权力运作的分析,总结出空间分异过程中交通系统作为建成环境的重要意义,及其对城市空间形态的影响、对周边土地价值的作用,提出了一种结合交通系统的平衡空间分异的可持续发展模式,以期对构建新的城市空间形态提供理论指导。
It started from road right unfair phenomena,through analysis of urban space differentiation capital and right operation under historical dimension,the important significance of traffic system as built environment in space differentiation process,its influences on city space form and surrounding earth value were generalized.A sustainable development model combined with traffic system balance space differentiation was proposed,so as to provide theoretical guidance for building new city space form.
