摘要
通过对住宅建筑工程施工现场的调查研究,从温度应力、收缩变形、地基不均匀沉降、结构设计、混凝土施工质量及钢筋锈蚀等方面分析了住宅建筑混凝土结构裂缝产生的机理,并提出了相应的控制技术措施,以确保工程质量。
Through field investigation of residential buildings,from temperature stress,shrinkage distortion,uneven settlement of foundation,structure design,construction quality of concrete,corrosion of reinforcing steel and other aspects mechanism caused the production of cracks in concrete structure of residential buildings is analyzed,at the same time corresponding control measures are proposed in order to ensure engineering quality.
