摘要
阐述了费率招标的概念、前提条件、适用范围,就费率招标工程各阶段的投资控制重点、投资控制方法进行了探索和研究,并提出了一些意见,以促进招标投标制的发展。
The conception,precondition and scope of applicaiton of premium rate bidding was explained,the key of investment control and the method of investment control at every stage of premium rate bidding were explored and studied,and provided some suggestions,so as to promote the development of system of inviting bids and tenders.
