摘要
为探讨跳伞对空降兵脂质过氧化水平的影响和可能的生物学意义,测定了跳伞与否空降兵血浆中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、谷味甘肽硫转移酶的活性和丙二醛浓度,并与正常人群的值作了比较分析。结果显示,与正常人群相比,未跳伞空降兵血浆中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽流转移酶的活性和丙二醛浓度增高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);与未跳伞空军兵相比,跳伞后空降兵血浆三种酶活性略为增高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),丙二醛浓度明显增加(P<0.05)。这些结果表明跳伞过程中的多种有害因素导致空降兵产生大量的自由基并诱导了脂质过氧化酶活性的轻度增加。这暗示了跳伞可能导致空降兵脂质过氧化系统的失调。
In order to explore the effect of parachuting on lipoperoxide levels of parachutists and theirpossible biological significance, the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glu-tathione S-transferase and the concentration of malondialdehyde in plasma of parachutists were de-termined and compared with those results from the normal population. The results showed that theactivities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione S-transferase and the concen-tration of malondialdehyde in plasma of parachutists prior to parachuting were higher than those ofthe normal population,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). However,after parachut-ing,three kinds of enzymes slightly increased (P>0. 05) and the concentration of malondialdehydesignificantly increased (P<0. 05) as compared with the controls. These results suggested that vari-ous harmful factors occurred during parachuting. Significant increase of free radicals and slight in-crease of lipoperoxidases were induced which may implicate unbalance of the lipoperoxide system inparachutists after parachuting.
