砷对机体GSH-Px活力影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨砷对机体GSH-Px活力的影响,给予小鼠灌胃染毒亚砷酸钠,观察急性及亚慢性染毒后小鼠全血及组织中GSH-Px活力的变化,同时探讨了接砷工人全血中GSH-Px活力的变化。结果表明:在急性实验中,全血、肝脏及心脏中的GSH-Px活力显著下降,并呈剂量-反应关系;仅在高剂量组可见肾脏中GSH-Px活力显著降低。在亚慢性染毒时.全血、心脏中GSH-Px活力于低剂量组即开始显著下降,以后逐渐降低,并呈剂量-反应关系;肝脏GSH-Px活力从中剂量组开始逐渐降低;肾脏GSH-Px活力仅在高剂量组显著降低。接砷组工人全血GSH-Px活力显著低于对照组。提示:砷对机体GSH-Px活力主要表现为抑制作用,GSH-Px可能是反应机体砷接触后的较为敏感的指标。 To investigate the influence of arsenic on glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity, the acti-vity of GSH-Px in blood and tissues of mice was detected in acute and subchronic experiment. Inthe meantime, the GSH-Px activity in blood of workers exposed to arsenic was also measured, Theresults showed that in acute experiment, GSH-Px activity in blood,liver and heart decreased signif-icantly in a dose-response manner, while the decrease of GSH-Px activity in kidney could be seenonly in the high dose group. In subchronic experiment, the activity of GSH-Px in blood and heartdecreased remarkably starting from the low dose group, and then continued to decrease graduallyshowing a dose-res ponse manner. The GSH-Px activity in liver began to decrease from mediumdose group and that in kidney began to decrease only in high dose group. The activity of bloodGSH-Px in workers exposed to arsenic was significantly lower than that in the controls. It sugges-ted that the innuence of arsenic on GsH-Px activity manifested mainly the inhibition effect. GSH-Px might be one of the sensitive index reflecting arsenic exposure.
