摘要
本文研究了噪声作业对工人神经行为功能的影响,结果表明,观察组在未出现明显的听力损失情况下,与对照组相比,在情绪状态,数字跨度,数字泽码和Benton视觉保留方面得分显著下降,且得分随噪声作业工龄的延长而降低。提示:噪声对工人神经系统影响主要是听记忆和视感知记忆力下降,神经行为功能测试可作为噪声对机体影响的早期评价指标。
A study on neurobehavioral function of noise-exposed workers was carried out. The resultsshowed that the neurobehavioral function of exposed group such as mood state, digit span, digitsymbol and Benton visual retention had significantly changed as compared with the control group.The above neurobehavioral functions were to be retarded in noise-exposed workers. The result su-ggested that the effect of noise on worker's neurobehavioral function was the descending of theauditory capacity, and the memory and visual perception. Changes of neurobehavioral fuactioncould be regarded as the early evaluation indexes of the noise effect.
