摘要
选用中性粒细胞吞噬功能和T淋巴细胞及其亚群测定方法,对长期饮用高本底放射性饮水矿区职工的细胞免疫功能进行了观察.结果显示:高本底放射性饮水对暴露人群井上职工的细胞免疫功能有一定的促进作用,表现为中性粒细胞吞噬功能增强,T淋巴细胞总体水平显著升高(P<0.05).调查同时也发现,井下职工的细胞免疫功能则有下降趋势,主要表现在T4/T8比值降低,作者认为这可能主要与矿井下特殊的作业环境有关。
By determining the phagocytic function of neutral granulocyte, T-lympbocyte and its subpo-pulation, the changes of cellular immune function of individuals in mining area were observed. Theresults showed that the surtacemen have higher percentage of phagocytosis (68. 66 ±11. 20 vs63. 76 ± 12.00) and T-lymphocyte level (80. 26 ± 7. 86 vs 73. 92 ± 11. 15, P<0. 05) than those ofcontrols. It suggested that the high background radiation containing drinking water could improvethe cellular immune function. The results also showed that the ratio of T4: T8 was significantlylower (1. 5l ± 0. 54 vs 1. 22 ± 0. 22)in the underground miners than in the group of surfacemen.The difference might associate with the special environment of mine pit. Some causation considera-tions were discussed.
