摘要
根据美国毒理研究机构提出的持续繁殖实验的方法，观察高本底放射性饮水对小鼠生育力及仔鼠生长发育的影响。观察指标包括受孕率、每窝生胎鼠数、生育平均间隔天数、死胎畸胎数及仔鼠生长发育各种指标等。结果显示：高本底放射性饮水对实验动物生育力和胎鼠生长发育水平表现出一定的促进作用，其余检测指标均无统计学意义。
Using continuous reproductive tests,fertility of mice and the development of their offspringswere observed to evaluate the safety of the high background radiation containing drinking water.The parameters used in observation included the pregnant rate of mice,the litter size,mean intervalof pregnancies,sex ratio,the number of dead and deformity as well as the development indexes oftheir offsprings (viability index, preweaning index). The results showed that the water containinghigh background radiation could significantly improve the fertility of Kunming mice and the deve-lopment of their offsprings,and no harmful effects were found in these tests.
