成人股骨头坏死的病因和发病机制 被引量：41

摘要 股骨头坏死（osteonecrosis of the femoralhead，ONFH）又称股骨头缺血性坏死（avascular necrosis，AVN），是由于股骨头血运受到破坏，导致股骨头骨细胞发生坏死的一种病理状态，为骨科常见且治疗困难的疾病。
