CD147与P糖蛋白在SLE患者外周血单一核细胞表达

摘要
研究发现，CD147分子中存在着调节淋巴细胞活化的抗原决定簇，且细胞上CD147的表达水平与细胞的活化状态有关，活化的T淋巴细胞上CD147表达上调。有文献报道，活动性高的SLE患者易发生对糖皮质激素不敏感现象，且其活化的外周血淋巴细胞上P糖蛋白的表达明显高于正常对照。P糖蛋白是MDR1的基因产物，可以通过将药物泵出细胞膜外而导致细胞内的药物浓度降低。
