偏振光拍摄技术对皮肤图像颜色参数的影响 被引量:3

摘要 皮肤病特别是色素性或损容性皮肤病的临床记录和疗效观察大量使用数字图像摄影技术。由于自然光源摄影存在着日间色温差别、光线角度、摄影参数等影响,因此,为保证图片质量和前后的一致性,临床经常使用人工光源摄影,包括灯光光源、闪光灯和闪光伞等。使用这些方向性光源特别是强光源时,容易产生人体皮肤表面的光反射图像,即出现类似“眩光”现象,这是由于皮肤的透明角质颗粒和油脂膜形成的镜面反射造成的。因为表皮的镜面反射,使皮肤角质下方的色素和毛细血管改变不能准确和清楚的表达,
