摘要
采用理化实验对断裂的ZznAlD4-0.5锌合金连接件进行了失效分析。结果表明,该件在工作状态下,由于Cl-的渗透发生断裂;结合其实际受力情况﹑工作环境综合分析,得出了连接件的断裂属于长期处于腐蚀性工作环境而造成的腐蚀断裂。
By means of physical and chemical experiments, the fracture failure of ZznAlD4-0.5 zinc alloy connector was analyzed. The results show that the fracture of the connector in the work state is due to the penetration of Cl-; in light of the actual forces in the longterm corrosive environment, the fracture of the connectors are caused by corrosion fracture.
