摘要
采用宏微观形貌分析、化学成分分析、SEM微观形貌分析、EDS腐蚀产物成分分析等手段,分析了堆焊齿轮轴断裂的原因。结果表明,齿轮轴的断裂属于疲劳断裂,堆焊层存在气孔和裂纹等焊接缺陷以及堆焊导致的渗碳层的软化共同导致了齿轮轴的疲劳断裂。
Fracture of gear shaft with overlay was analyzed by means of morphology and microstructure, chemical composition, SEM micro-morphology and EDS chemical composition analysis. The results show that the fracture of gear shaft with overlay is fatigue fracture. There are weld metal porosity and cracks in overlay and carburization softening induced by overlay leads the fracture of the gear shaft jointly.
