摘要
研究了ZnAl5-0.03共晶合金超塑性变形的力学行为。发现,该合金的超塑性能参量(δ、m、σ0)依温度的变化规律不同于一般的细晶材料,不存在呈现δ和m峰值的温度区间。合金呈现超塑性效应的温度与应变速率范围均较宽广。在轧制状态下,合金具有优异的超塑性能,成功地用于复杂形状零件的挤压成形、气压成形以及模具型腔的制造。
The mechanical behavior of superplastic deformation in Zn-Al eutectic alloy is studied systematically.It is found that the superplastic parameters(δ,m)of the alloy,with the temperature dependent,are different from other fine grain materials.There is no temperature interval of δ and m maximum values.Both the superplasticity temperature and strain rate exist the large range .In rolling state the alloy has excellent superplasticity and can be successfully used for extrusion,bulging formation and die manufacture.
