摘要
采用共沉淀法制备3mol%Y2O3-ZrO2超细粉末,使用乙醇或丙酮洗涤沉淀,以消除颗粒团聚。应用DTA热分析仪、颗粒度分析仪和X光衍射仪研究分析了粉末的热分解特性、颗粒大小和分布以及相组成。实验结果表明,粉末平均颗粒直径小于0.5μm,在650℃下处理的氧化钇稳定氧化锆超细粉末以单斜-四方晶型存在。
mol%Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 ultrafine powder is prepared by chemical coprecipitated method. It was used in the experiments that Zirconium hydroxide was washed by ethanol or acetone to break the agglomerate particles. Phase ratio, particle size and thermal analytical character of the powder have been studied by DTA, particle size analyzer and X-ray diffraction. It has been shown that medium particle size of powder calcined at 650℃ is below 0.5μm, and composed of monoclinic and tetragonal phase.
