鼻咽癌调强放疗唾液腺保护技术应用现状 被引量:5

摘要 鼻咽癌是我国南方常见恶性肿瘤之一,放疗是首选且十分有效的治疗方式;但鼻咽癌常规放疗后口干的发生率近乎100%,对患者讲话、吞咽、睡眠、牙齿患病率有严重影响,一直是困扰患者的主要问题。多年来,国内外学者就口干的预防和治疗做了不少研究,但治疗放疗所致口干的效果十分有限且副作用较多。通过调强放疗(intensity—modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)减轻鼻咽癌放疗所致口干是 惟一在一定程度上有预防作用的措施。
