低位直肠癌手术前后调强放疗同步希罗达化疗的初步比较 被引量：5

摘要 直肠癌局部复发率仍以吻合口、骶前区为主，所以提高局部剂量有可能进一步提高局部控制率。但提高剂量会加重危及器官尤其是小肠的副反应，研究证实直肠癌调强放疗较常规放疗有明显的剂量学优势，能更好地保护小肠、膀胱和股骨头。Ⅱ～Ⅲ期直肠癌无论术前还是术后常规放疗盆腔剂量多为45～50Gy，局 部多不补量。
