应用真皮下血管网皮片治疗眼睑分裂痣

Application of skin graft containing subdermal vascular net in the treatment of divided nevus of eyelid

目的总结应用带真皮下血管网皮片移植治疗眼睑分裂痣的经验，探讨大面积分裂痣的治疗效果及方法。方法完整切除包括眼、眉在内的分裂痣，保留泪点、睑板以及睑结膜的痣组织，取带真皮下血管网皮片移植于受区。结果21例患者的皮片全部成活，眼睑无变形，皮片无挛缩，泪道通畅，外形满意．结论带真皮下血管网皮片移植可有效修复分裂痣切除后创面，其颜色、质地、外观良好．适用于较大面积眼睑分裂痣的修复.

Objective To summarize the experiences of skin graft containing subdermal vascular net in the treatment of divided nevus of eyelid, and explore the strategies of divided nevus treatment. Methods After complete excision of divided nevus with daecryon, tarsus and palpebral conjunctiva reserved, the skin containing subdermal vascular net was grafted into the recipient site and the results were evaluated. Results All the grafts survived well without eyelids distortion and skin contracture in 21 patients, meanwhile, the daclyon was open and appearance was satisfied. Conclusion It was a suitable means to correct the divided nevus of eyelid with skin graft containing subdermal vascular net, espeeially in the cases with large areas involved.
