学校体育“人本”教育生态的偏失及补偿研究

Derailment of and Compensation for "People-Based" Teaching Ecology of School Physical Education

采用文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,阐释了"人本"教育的生态观,建立了学校体育"人本"教育的生态指标体系,揭示了学校体育"人本"教育生态偏失的表现维度,即学生生命灵性、自由和创造活力的偏失;增进学生健康的偏失;教学内容贴近生活的偏失和尊重学生差异的偏失,进一步剖析了导致学校体育"人本"教育生态偏失的主要原因,即教育的评价体制;教学过程中的功利化和场地器材的有限性,并提出了构建学校体育"人本"生态的教育思想、"人本"生态的体育课堂、"人本"生态的自然环境等生态补偿措施。

Literature review and mathematical statistics are applied in this article to expound ＂people - based＂ education ecology. The index system for ＂people - based＂ education ecology in school physical education is established and the expression dimension for the derailment of the education ecology is revealed. Reasons for the derailment are analyzed and measures to correct the derailment are proposed.
