摘要
企业物流绩效评价计算方法的选择应根据企业物流的特点,从基本评价计算方法集中抽取若干方法,然后寻找合适的组合方法对其进行优化组合,以消除由单一方法产生的随机误差和系统偏差,进而解决多评价计算方法导致评价结论的非一致性问题。
The choice of corporate logistics performance evaluation method should according to characteristics of enterprise logistics to choose some methods from the basic evaluation methods,and then find the right combination of methods to optimize its portfolio in order to eliminate random error and systematic deviation generated by a single method,thus solve the non-consistency problems led to by multi-evaluation method.
