New Direction of International Trade and Investment Theory——Analysis Based on the Perspective of Incomplete Contract

从不完全契约的视角来研究国际贸易与投资,是近十年国际经济学研究的前沿领域之一。文章从不完全契约条件下交易费用、产权与国际生产组织,以及契约实施制度对比较优势和贸易模式的影响等三方面对这一领域的最新相关文献进行梳理,突出了契约实施问题对于跨国公司组织形式选择和一国比较优势与贸易模式的重要性。

It is one of the forefront fields in international economics to study international trade ＆ investment by means of the incomplete contracts approach. This paper reviewed the newly developed literatures on three aspects： models of international organization of production respectively based on transaction cost theory and Grossman - Hart - Moore＇s theory of property rights, contracting institutions with comparative advantage. This gives prominence to the important effect of contact enforcement to the organization of multinational trans - national corporations and one eountry＇s comparative advantage and trade patterns.
