客户关系生命周期框架下营销渠道冲突影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 渠道设计和管理已成为企业适应环境变化战略调整的一部分。现有研究多是静态地研究冲突这一渠道固有行为,但是没有动态地考察关系生命周期不同阶段渠道冲突影响因素的差异性,文章结合生命周期理论提出了渠道冲突影响因素动态模型,揭示了不同关系阶段认知性因素、流程性因素和绩效性因素与冲突水平的关系和重要程度。
