摘要
公共住房的供给是韩国住房保障制度的一大亮点。韩国公共住房的供给包括出租、出售和租售混合三种模式。韩国公共住房的供应模式可供借鉴的优点主要包括:公共住房供应采取租售并举、以租为主的模式;公共住房保障对象划分科学,衔接紧密;公共住房采取以政府为主导、设立单独负责机构的方式来保障供应。韩国公共住房供应模式在实践运作中的经验,为中国现行的住房保障制度的构建提供借鉴和参考。
Public housing supply is a highlight of the South Korea housing system. This system in South Korea consists of three models : rent, sale and rent - sale mixture. The advantages available to be learned from this system include : public housing supply uses the rent - sale model ; Guarantee objects are scientifically sorted and itemized ; government sets up the specific institute to assure sufficient public housing sources. This South Korea's experienced and practical system provides with the reference and mirror for China existing housing supply system.
