浅谈新农村法治建设

On the Rule of Law in New Rural Areas

完善的法治建设是市场经济成熟的标志,农村的法治建设是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。我国农村法治建设在立法和执法等多方面存在很多问题,要采取有效措施,提高农民的法律意识,加强农村执法队伍的建设,完善新农村建设相关的法律法规,强化农村基层法律服务,完善我国农村的法治建设。

The construction of law is a sign of maturity of the market economy. Building the new rural areas under the rule of law is an important part of building a socialist new countryside construction. There are many problems in legislative and law-enforcement fields of rural areas, we should further clarify the content and positioning of the rules of law in rural areas and take effective measures to enhance the legal awareness of farmers. The construction of law enforcement personnel in rural areas should be strengthened; Laws and regulations related to the new rural construction should be perfected; the grass-roots legal services in rural areas should be improved. All of these are to improve the rules of law in rural areas.
