Wear Resistant and Solid Lubricating Process of the Tubing Thread Connection

近年来我国油管加工企业非常重视螺纹接头的使用性能,设计了一些特殊的螺纹接头,但其性能仍不尽理想,因而出现从表面处理方面提高其使用寿命的技术。从油管螺纹接头的耐磨润滑处理入手,列出了提高其耐磨和固体润滑性能的技术,以期为提高油管使用寿命提供参考。

The techniques to improve the wear resistance and solid lubricating performance of the thread connectors of oil tubes are briefed in relation to the wear-resistant and lubricating treatment of the tubing thread con-nectors.It is pointed out that the steel pipe manufacturers in Chi-na has recently paid much attention to the performance of tubing thread connectors and designed some special thread connectors.However,the performance of those products still remains to be improved.And it is imperative to extend the service life of the products by making use of surface treatment technique.
