摘要
产业集群和供应链联盟是提升一个区域或产业竞争力的两种重要途径。分析了产业集群与供应链联盟的耦合基础与目标,深入探讨了两者具体的耦合内容。研究表明:产业集群能为供应链联盟形成发展提供优越的生态环境,供应链关系是产业集群的基本经济关系,供应链联盟是其运行机制的发展方向。因此,产业集群可通过供应链联盟理念来组织集群中的企业,以提高整个产业集群的竞争优势。
Industrial cluster and supply chain alliance are two important ways to improve the competitiveness of a region or an industry. This paper analyzes coupling basis and objectives between industrial cluster and supply chain alliance,discusses concrete coupling contents in depth. Our researches show that industrial cluster can provide superior ecological environment for supply chain alliance constructing and developing. Supply chain relationship is the basic economic relation within industrial cluster,and supply chain alliance is a developing trend of cluster operating mechanism. So, Industrial cluster can organize the cluster enterprises with the idea of supply chain alliance in order to improve its whole competitive advantages.
