Based on the integrative motivation of traditional equipment manufacturing industry and high-tech industry,this paper conducts a systematic theoretical research into the process of integration in these two industries, and sums up the key, factors in the process of integration of these two industrie,hoping that this paper could promote the integration of these two industries and provide a theoretical basis for the integration of relevant research and the further development of theory.
