摘要
采用PCR-RFLP方法,对250头黑龙江野猪与北京黑猪杂交的F1个体进行了SLA-DQA基因的多态性检测,并对不同基因型影响新生仔猪的初生重和30日龄体重的效应进行了分析。结果表明:SLA-DQA基因的第2、34、外显子处均存在多态性,但只有第2外显子处的PvuⅡ酶切所产生的BB型个体可显著增加仔猪的30日龄体重,其余的多态位点对这两个性状的效应差异均不显著。
C-enetic variation of the SLA-DQA was investigated via PCR-RFLP. Genetic effects of different genotype on birth weight (LIB) and weight on 30 d (Li30) were analyzed in 250 individual of F1 hybrid pig (wild boar× Beijing Black). The results showed that there were four mutation site in SLA-DQA gene,but only the BB genotype of exon 2 in PvuⅡ could significantly improve the Li30 trait,others were all not.
