摘要
社会主义新农村建设是一项庞大的系统工程,如何推进至关重要,对其进行绩效评价必不可少。以兰州市"五区"新农村建设为实例,在构建了新农村建设绩效评价指标体系的基础上,对其建设绩效进行了分析与评价,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策。
Socialism new countryside construction is an ample system project. How to push forward it which is very important and to appraise the performance is essential. Taking new countryside construction in ＂the five areas＂ of Lanzhou for example, the performance was analyzed and appraised, and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward based on building the performance appraise index system of new countryside construction.
