摘要
现代政治将个体权利推至无以复加的程度,将个体自由的实现视为政治的终极目的,而国家或社会仅仅是实现这一目的的工具,本身不具有内在的价值或善。现代政治在忠实捍卫个体权利的同时,却造就了德性和欲望、权利和责任失衡的严重后果。当代社群主义对社群共同价值的关注、对公民政治参与的强调、对居间性团体的重视,为诊断现代政治的弊端提供了新的视角,有助于解决自我权利的极度泛滥造就的现代性后果。
Modem politics regards the individual rights as the most important things, and the protection of them as the end of it. According to this idea, state or society is only a tool to realizing individual rights, without any inherent values or goods. Although modem politics protects human rights, it leads to an unbalance between the virtue and desire, right and responsibility. Modem communitarianism, attaching importance to common value of the community, emphasizing political participation, stressing the importance of the middle groups, provides a new viewpoint for us to diagnose the abuse of modem politics and helps us solve the modem consequence led by the flooding of individual fights.
