摘要 针对1989年IEC 60060-1 Ed.2.0关于测量带过冲和振荡雷电冲击波形的争议问题,介绍了试验电压因子、局部滤波法以及基于双指数函数模型的曲线拟合,并对照其他方法说明了它们的优越性。论述了2008年IEC 60060-1 Ed.3.0关于带过冲和振荡雷电冲击波形的数值处理程序,对于该处理方案,指出了在实际应用中存在的波形不连贯和定义模糊的问题。最后采用TDG1.12中的解析波形作为对象实现该程序,进行波形处理、参数提取和结果分析,还对波形参数的参考数据提出了建议。 For the controversy on the measurement of lightning impulse with superimposed overshoot or oscillation in IEC 60060-1 Ed.2.0 (1989), this paper introduces test voltage factor method, residual filtering method, and curve fitting method based on double exponential model, and indicates their superiority to other methods. The procedure for calculating digital waveforms with overshoot or oscillation in IEC 60060-1 Ed.3.0 (2008) is analyzed, and the incoherence of waves and the ambiguity of definition in practice are presented. The procedure is accomplished with the analytical data of TDGI.12 to perform waveform process, parameter extraction, and result analysis. In addition, the references of wave parameters are suggested for dealing with lightning impulses and extracting the parameters.
