摘要
提出一种应用数学形态学的方法对现场信号进行消噪处理,对消噪后的信号,利用信号的相关分析推算出阻性基波泄漏电流。有效提高了金属氧化物避雷器泄漏电流的测试准确度,确保设备故障诊断的有效性和可靠性,仿真表明:与传统方法相比,数学形态学方法不仅能从噪声中准确提取待测泄漏电流信号,同时又可真实复现泄漏电流信号中的劣化特征,对设备的早期故障诊断具有重要意义。
A new method to eliminate the noise in the test signal based on the mathematical morphology theory is proposed. Then the correlation analysis is applied to compute the resistive fundamental harmonic leakage current. The measurement accuracy of leakage current of metal-oxide surge arresters is improved effectively,and it ensure the validity and reliability of false diagnosis for the equipment, The simulation results show that, comparing with the traditional signal processing method, the morphology theory can pick up the leakage current f tom noise satisfactorily, and furthermore, it can reproduce the vicious character in leakage current signal accurately, which is important for early fault diagnosis of equipment.
