摘要
目前,大型旋转机械轴振动监测主要使用涡流传感器,其性能的优劣,直接关系到整个机组能否安全可靠稳定运行。针对振动涡流传感器的材料敏感性和温漂问题,分别进行了相关实验研究。首先通过实验数据处理,提出了一种消除材料敏感性的变换方法,并对该方法进行了理论论证;其次在理论上分析了影响温漂的主要因素,提出了一种能够有效减小温漂的方法。最后将两种方法综合应用于探头设计之中,实验表明,振动涡流传感器材料敏感性误差小于3.5%,温漂小于2.5%。
At present,eddy current sensors are mainly used for monitoring shaft vibration of a large rotating machinery. So their performance is directly related to secure and stable operation of the whole unit.Related experimental studies were done,including the problems of material sensitivity and temperature drift.Firstly,a transformation method to eliminate the sensitivity was proposed through processing experimental data,and the theoretical demonstration was also made.Secondly,a method of effectively reducing the temperature drift was presented following the theoretical analysis of the main factors affecting the drift.Finally,the two methods were comprehensively applied to designing a probe.The experiment showed that the error of material sensitivity for an eddy current sensor is less than 3.5%and the error of temperature drift less than 2.5%adopting the two proposed methods.
