摘要
介绍和研究了非谐和振动输送机的输送原理和动力学特性,从理论上分析了物料运动的基本特征,得到了物料连续滑动时的速度表达式。探讨了物料输送速度随激振频率不同而变化的规律,通过理论分析和仿真计算验证物料输送效率在某一激振频率有最优值。进一步讨论了另一重要参数——摩擦因数对物料输送速度的影响规律,为该类输送机的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
The feeding principle and dynamic characteristics of a non-harmonically vibrating conveyor were introduced. The basic motion characteristics of material were analyzed theoretically and the motion equations of the material uninterrupted slip were obtained.In addition,it was investigated how the frequency of the vibration exciter influenced the slip velocity.Through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,it was verified that the efficiency of material transportation is best at some exciting frequency.Furthermore,another important issue was discussed,i.e.,how the friction factor affected the velocity of materical transportation.The results provided theoretical basis and recommands for design and optimization of a non-harmonically vibrating conveyor.
