摘要
随着塑料和合成材料的快速发展,以双苯并噁唑二苯乙烯为主体结构的荧光增白剂品种得到了快速增加.近年来对此类荧光增白剂的研究开发非常活跃,报道的主要合成路线也有十余种.在系统概述了双苯并噁唑二苯乙烯类荧光增白剂合成工艺的基础上,归纳出苯并噁唑环和二苯乙烯双键基团两大合成途径,分析了各合成工艺的优缺点和主要影响因素,并对今后的合成研究提出了两方面的建议,特别建议要结合精制工艺探讨二苯乙烯顺反异构体的转化.
Due to the plastics and synthetic materials rapid development,fluorescent whitening agents whose main structures are double-benzoxazolyl stilbene have been rapid developed. In recent years, this type of fluorescent whitening agent is very active in research and development, whose main synthetic routes were ten kinds. Based on the system overview of the doubJe-benzoxazoly) stilbene fluorescent brighteners synthesis pro- cess, the two major synthetic pathways of benzoxazole ring and double bonds of stilbene groups were summed up, the merits as well as shortcomings and the main influencing factors of the synthesis were analyzed. And two suggestions about the future research on synthesis were given, in particular cis-trans isomers of stilbene conversion should be discussed combining the refining process.
