摘要
以角鲨烷为芯材、聚氨酯为壁材,通过界面聚合方法制备了角鲨烷微胶囊.考察了一些微胶囊制备的影响因素,结果表明:提高乳化速率、增加乳化剂用量、降低相比(有机相/水相)及增大芯壁比等,都会使角鲨烷微胶囊粒径分布变窄、平均粒径变小、壁厚变薄.经正交试验优化出的微胶囊制备工艺条件:乳化速率9 500 r/min、乳化剂PVA 2.0%(对单体质量)、相比10∶90、芯壁比1∶2.在该工艺条件下,可得到粒径分布比较集中、平均粒径7μm左右、壁厚0.3μm左右、角鲨烷包载率为85%以上的微胶囊.
Microcapsule was prepared using squalane as core and polyurethane as wall by interfacial poly- merization. Variable factors affecting microcapsules were investigated. The results showed that the particle size distribution of squalane microcapsule could be narrowed, the mean particle size could be decreased and the thickness of the wall could be thinned by increasing emulsification velocity, increasing the dosage of emulsifier, decreasing the phase ratio (o/w), increasing the ratio of core/wall. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions of preparing squalane microcapsules was obtained: emulsified at 9 500 r/min, 2.0%(owm) of emulsifier PVA, 10:90 of phase ratio, core/wall ratio 1:2. The mean particle size and the wall thickness of microcapsules prepared under the conditions were about 7μm and 0.3 μm respectively, and core loading was over 85%.
