摘要
研究了在超临界CO2中用分散红54染人造麂皮,考察了温度、压力和时间对染色深度K/S值的影响,进行了牢度测试评定.结果表明:随着温度、压力的升高和时间的延长,染色深度K/S值增大.在超临界CO2流体中,分散红54在22 MPa、100℃,对人造麂皮染色45 min左右,就能达到良好的染色深度(K/S值达到3.007),其耐摩擦牢度优于传统水浴染色0.5级.
Artificial chamois leather was dyed with Disperse Red 54 in supercritical CO2. The influences of temperature, pressure and reaction time on dyeing deepness (K/S value) were investigated and the color fastness was measured. The results showed that with the reaction temperature, pressure and time increasing, the dyeing deepness (K/S values) increased. The dyeing of artificial chamois leather with Disperse Red 54 approached to good color deepness (K/S value was 3.007) after 45 min at 100℃, 22 MPa in supercritical fluid. The color crocking fastness was level 0.5 higher than that of in traditional water based process.
