聚胍的合成及其在纺织品上的抗菌应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 以盐酸胍和己二胺为原料采用熔融聚合法合成聚胍(PHGC),产品具有良好的广谱抗菌性.PHGC抗菌剂整理到织物上,使织物具有一定的抗菌性.用PHGC抗菌剂分别处理纯棉、麻、涤纶和涤棉织物,抗菌效果为:纯棉织物>麻织物>涤纶和涤棉织物.采用正法和反法处理棉织物的耐洗性好于采用普通浸轧法处理的棉织物.反法处理后的织物,洗涤5次后,抑菌圈半径仍可达到2.5 mm,具有较好的抗菌性. Polyguanidine (PHGC) with wide antimicrobial properties was synthesized using guanidine hydroc- hloride and hexamethylenediamine as raw materials by melt polycondensation method. The antibacterial agent PHGC was applied in fabric to endow it with antibacterial activity. Antibacterial effect of PHGC applied to cotton, ramie, polyester and polyester/cotton fabric were as follows: cotton fabric〉ramie fabric〉polyester and polyester/ cotton fabric. The washability of cotton fabrics treated by ZHENG methods and FAN methods were better than those treated by common dip-padding method. The fabrics treated by FAN methods still had good antimicrobial property after 5 times washing, the radius of inhibition zone was 2.5 mm.
