摘要 以脱乙酰度大于90%的壳聚糖(CTS)为原料,首先在其氨基上引入2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(GTA),得到中间产物N-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),接着在6位羟基上引入羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA),得到终产物O-甲基丙烯酰胺-HTCC(NMA-HTCC).比较经CTS、HTCC和NMA-HTCC分别处理后的棉布染色效果与未处理棉布无盐和加盐的染色效果,结果表明,对于上染率和固色率、K/S值及色牢度,处理棉布的染色效果均比无盐未处理的染色效果有所提高. A novel chitosan derivative, O-acrylamidomethyI-HTCC (NMA-HTCC), was synthesized using chitosan with over 90% of degree of deacetylation as material by two. Firstly, the intermediate product, N-[(2-hy- droxy-3-trimethylammonium)propyl] chitosan chloride (HTCC), was prepared by introducing 2,3-epoxypropyl trim- ethyl ammonium chloride (GTA) on the amino groups of chitosan. Then the final product NMA-HTCC was obtained by introducing hydroxymethyl acrylamide on the hydroxyl group (C-6) on the chitosan. The dyeing effects of cotton fabrics treated with CTS, HTCC and NMA-HTCC was compared with those of salt-free and salt untreated cotton. The results showed that the cotton treated with CTS, HTCC and NMA-HTCC give better dyeing charac- teristics on dye up-take, fixation rate, K/S value and color fastness compared with salt-free and untreated cotton.
