摘要
通过对汽车制动轮毂过热引起制动失效的分析,提出了一种改善制动轮毂过热的研究方法。采用自动控制电、气综合控制水路原理,实现实时控制对过热轮毂进行淋水降温,有效解决了因制动轮毂过热而引起的制动失效,提高了车辆制动效能的恒定性,保证车辆行驶的安全。
With the analysis of automobile braking hub overheated which has caused brake invalid, this paper put forward a designing idea to improve the problem of braking hub overheated. Adopting autocontrol "the principle of electrical and air to control waterway", through spurting water to lower the temperature to the overheated hub all the time, solve the problem of brake invalid which is caused by braking hub overheated, improve the constancy of braking efficiency, guarantee the security of vehicle drive.
