构建社会主义新农村建设长效推进机制的思考——以四川省双流县新农村建设实践为例

Thoughts on Construction of Long-term Promotion Mechanism for The Socialist New Rural Construction——Basis on the practice of the socialist new rural construction in Shuangliu County,Sichuan Province

继在统筹城乡发展实践中确立了"三个集中"的双流模式后,双流县已走出了一条科学规划,统筹推进,长效发展的新农村建设新路子。课题组在总结分析双流县社会主义新农村建设的做法和经验的基础上,提炼出了推进新农村建设的"六大工作体系"和"四种工作机制"。

Following the establishment of ＂three concentrations＇ for the development of urban and rural, Shuangliu County has mode in the practice of comprehensive arrangement explored the method of new rural construction in a way of scientific planning, comprehensive arrangement , long-term development. On the basis of analysis of the methods and experiences of the socialist new rural construction practice in Shuangliu, the ＂six work system＂ and the four kinds of work mechanisms＂ for task promotion were extracted as the research results in this paper.
