Wake-up of the Library Information Based on the Information User’s Cognition

图书馆"信息沉睡"现象非常普遍,资源浪费也相当惊人。透过网络环境中的信息用户认知现状,分析用户信息认知的特点、认知信息活动的基本模式以及制约用户认知信息活动的主要因素,认为基于用户的信息检索、基于本体论的信息整合及智能信息推送服务是提高用户信息认知能力的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the user＇s information cognitive psychology and the basic mode of the cognitive activity from the present situation of the network information environment. It also analyzes the main factors which constraint the cognitive activities of users information. It discusses that the construction of user - based information retrieval, ontology - based information integration and intelligent information push service is the effective means to improve the users information of cognition.
