中国经济法学30年高影响论文之回顾与反思——基于主流数据库(1978-2008)的引证分析

Influential Chinese Economic Law Articles in Last 30 Years——Based on Citations from Main Databanks(1978-2008)

以引用数据库CSSCI、CNKI和文摘数据库《新华文摘》和《人大复印报刊资料》为依据,采用引用率和转载率两项指标,聚焦中国经济法学高影响论文。通过数据分析,提炼中国经济法学30年的研究热点和焦点,从而试图为该学科的未来发展形成一个基本文献基础。回顾经济法热点,集中在经济法基础理论、竞争法、财税法、证券法、消费者法、劳动法和社会保障法和环境资源法8个方面,但已有研究思路值得反思。

Based on citations from databanks such as CSSCI, CNKI, Xinhua Wenzhai and Information Center for Social Science RUC and assuming frequency of citation and reprinting as test, influential economic law articles are highlighted. By way of data analysis, the heated topics deliberated and researched in China in last 30 years are observed so as to form a reference framework for future scientific work in economic law areas.
