摘要
多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)可以引起多种畜禽疾病,给养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。为了系统的了解Pm检测、鉴定和分型技术的发展,论文主要对Pm的分类地位、鉴定和分型的传统方法以及分子生物学方法,诸如种特异性PCR、荚膜分型PCR、产毒素Pm的PCR鉴定、16 S rRNA基因测序法、DNA杂交、大分子图谱、限制性酶切分析和核糖体分型、随机扩增DNA片段多态性、脉冲场凝胶电泳及其他各种基因分型技术等进行了综述。
Pasteurella multocida (Pm) is responsible for major animal diseases of economic significance in animal husbandry. This paper reviewed and evaluated the advancement of methods of detection, identification and typing to Pro, which include definition of the taxonomical position of Pm, the sequence detection of complete genome and 16S rRNA, species-specific PCR, capsular PCR, PCR detection of toxigenic Pm, DNA hybridization, macromolecular profiling, restriction enzyme analysis and ribotyping, random amplification of polymorphic DNA, pulse-field gel electrophoresis and other typing technology based on genome, and so on.
